NHA has awarded over 750,000 allied health care certifications since 1989. They are the industry leader with a mission of empowering people through better access to certification. I work with them on a variety of projects. One of their challenges is that the information about certification that's currently online can be confusing and full of jargon — not helpful to someone who just earned their high school diploma and is interested in finding a career path in health care. I wrote a simple guide to help people interested in certification learn more about the process. This guide is downloadable through the NHA website by entering your email address. We also developed an email campaign to nurture the leads with targeted messages based on their self-selection (interested in certification, allied health teachers, etc.).
