FordPass is a milestone for Ford as it transforms from an auto manufacturer to a mobility company. FordPass Marketplace is an app that combines transportation solutions without having to switch from app to app thanks to partners like FlightCar and Parkwhiz. It can start your Ford vehicle remotely. Find, reserve and pay for parking before you leave the house. Help you borrow a car from another FordPass member when you're traveling. And the capabilities will only grow as the platform develops.
I worked collaboratively with UX designers and art directors for this project. I was responsible for all the words within the app, but I also helped develop the FordPass brand — a new, innovative platform from the company that first put America on wheels. I established the FordPass brand voice and created and maintained the writing style guide used by all writers working on FordPass.
